History:

Exilov, a self-described “Rover of the snowy Road,” drives a sealed horse-drawn carriage pulled by two Clydesdales across the Tundra demesne for 5z a person, kids free. He knows the way to the Guardian’s house and can tell when the Guardian is home by where the snow falls hardest. He drops visitors at the top of the embankment into the valley, the only way in or out, and offers to wait for a pickup for a down payment.

He later cheered for the Kings of Kings at their challenge against King Akarui.
