“Well, Arledge is a bit of an oddball. He may not look it, but he’s tough as nails, sharp as a tack, and swift as lightnin’.”

~ Montana

Species:

Bull (blonde)

Gender:

Male

Profession:

Rancher by the Violet Demesne’s gate, delivering goods to the farmer’s market.

History:

Montana plays harmonica on the porch of the farmhouse by the Violet Demesne’s gate alongside Dakota and Kid. When the Kings of Kings asked for Arledge, he loaded them into his wagon along with a double delivery to the market and asked around on the way, introducing them to young Cody, whom he calls “Calfpint,” and to Miss Lily, who calls him “Moo.”

He offered the Kings of Kings a ride back to the gate once their business was done, cheered for them with Dakota and Kid at their challenge against King Akarui, and manned one of the grills at Arledge’s barbecue afterward.

Notes:

• Burly, with a brown cowboy hat and a blue shirt.
• Seems sweet on Miss Lily.
